
1. Kickoffing the day with on Stage with the Synapse Impact Board
Synapse Summit Co-Founder Dr. Andy Heafer opened the conference by sharing the latest news from the Annual Synapse Impact Report. Since its launch, Synapse Summit has had 29,813 attendees, 3,709 startup exhibitors, and 1,154 sponsors and an infinite amount of economic impact across the state. The Synapse Impact Board of Directors, including PS27’s Christine Caven, were invited to the stage and thanked for their vision and contributions.

2. Meeting with Veteran Entrepreneurs at the VetConnect Pitch Showcase
VetConnect is a transformative 6-month mentorship partnership between Synapse and Action Zone, designed to empower Veterans and Military Spouses on their entrepreneurial journey. Organized by Valerie Levin, the VetConnect Pitch Showcase featured 10 veteran-led startup companies creating a legacy of service, innovation, and community impact.

3. Networking with 35 Mules Innovation Hub Powered by Florida Power & Light
During lunch, we had a chance to sit down with Danielle Mousseau and Aneisha Graydon of 35 Mules and learn more about their accelerator program. Based in Juno Beach, Florida, 35 Mules offers startup support, access to funding, and a rent-free workspace. All companies of any stage and industry are invited to apply to join their upcoming cohort. 4. Going live on the Live Bold and Boss Up Podcast
We sat down with Stephanie Markese, Founding Partner at NextPath Career Partners, for a live podcast interview. We discussed PS27’s venture capital fund Titan and our latest investments. 5. Joining the Movement with Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship
With over 5,000 members across the State, Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship (WTE) offers free networking events, webinars, and mentorship to its members. Alexis Prieto, Founder & Principal Consultant at Startup HR, serves as the Tampa WTE Chapter Co-Chair along with PS27’s Christine Caven, who serves as the Gainesville WTE Chapter Co-Chair.
