A fast-growing organic spice company has purchased a 22,290-square-foot building that will be its new headquarters.
FreshJax purchased the 2.81-acre site at 9000 Cypress Green Dr. and just east of I-95, for $1.5 million on Oct. 5.
The new property is a big jump in space for the company, which was ranked No. 5 in the Business Journal’s 2020 Fast 50 list, where they recorded a 113.92% growth over the previous three years. It placed at No. 1,185 on Inc. magazine’s list of the fastest-growing companies in the nation.
Backed by PS27 Ventures, FreshJax has been an e-commerce success story, distributing its spice blends nationwide.
FreshJax Inc. purchased the 2.81-acre lot from East Arlington Grace Lutheran Church Inc. The Jacksonville School for Autism formerly utilized the space, although it’s now located off of Southside Boulevard. Read the full article here.
